BUS 462 - Advanced Corporate Finance
This course extends the financial concepts introduced in BUS 361 , exploring topics in corporate finance such as corporate restructuring (mergers, acquisitions and leveraged buyouts), working capital management, operating/financial leverage, foreign exchange, corporate governance and pension management. Teaching methodologies will range from theoretical study to applied case analysis. Juniors and seniors only. Prerequisites: C- or better in ACCT 217 , BUS 361 , and MATH 105 or equivalent.
