Analysis of contemporary management issues (e.g., strategic planning, LBOs, and mergers) for seniors and other students who have done substantial work in business areas. Students should apply for Senior Seminar before course pre-registration in the spring of their junior year. The chair of the department will notify students of their Senior Seminar placement. Prerequisite: C- or better in ACCT 280 /FIN 280 and BUS 210 and consent of department chair. Fall, Spring Writing Option
