The course focuses on the connection between chemistry and society. Environmental issues such as pollution, ozone-depletion, and the Greenhouse Effect will be examined with respect to the chemistry involved and their effect on society. In addition, the role of current public policy in addressing environmental degradation will be addressed. Spring (Group II)
