This intermediate-level course is designed to help students improve their conversational abilities in Spanish as well as their understanding of social realities in the Hispanic World. A variety of films from Latin America and Spain as well as selected readings will be the basis of class discussions and activities. Students will be expected to work collaboratively in a variety of settings. Prerequisite: SPAN 225 or placement above 225. Group III Humanities/Literature. Diversity.
