The technique of vocal usage specific to actors on the stage and in film will be explored. In both individual and group experiences students will interpret, analyze, and present various texts utilizing selected plays, verse, and prose. Emphasis is on improving specific vocal problems of the actor. Work on standard stage dialect usage will be included. Prerequisite THEA 110 or THEA 210 , or permission of the instructor.
