The core goal of this course is to introduce students to the research experience—to give them the tools and the intellectual framework to do effective research, both as students at OWU and as professionals and citizens afterwards. Throughout the semester, students will engage with the information process from start to finish, both practically and philosophically. From working on a research paper to reading the news to researching a new purchase, the course is intended to improve essential information literacy skills. Spring
