This hands-on course will guide students step-by-step through the process of researching and producing a range of longform pieces for newspapers, magazines, and the internet. The backbone of the course will be one-on-one editing and coaching similar to that found in a professional newsroom. Students will produce narratives with the ultimate goal of seeing their work published in The Transcript or another publication.
