An advanced course in molecular biology techniques. Includes a discussion of the most common techniques along with extensive laboratory experience. Critical analysis of scientific articles, experimental design, and the use of the scientific method are emphasized. May be repeated with change of topic. Prerequisites: BIOL 351 or BIOL 352 ; permission of the instructor. (Group II)
