NEUR 300 11 - Neuroanatomy 1.00
This course will cover the major structures of the central nervous system and their functions. Students will develop an understanding of three-dimensional gross neuroanatomy and functional circuits with an emphasis on the human nervous system. The course will provide an overview of major structures and circuits involved in movement, sensation, emotion, learning and memory, and cognition. We will discuss how lesioning or disrupting neuroanatomical structures and circuits can lead to clinical manifestations.
