A conversation practicum in which cultural and language topics are used as substance for class programs and projects. Students are required to speak French. Students wanting to satisfy the Modern Foreign Language House requirement should enroll in FREN 241 for the fall semester, FREN 242 for spring semester. FREN 241 may be repeated once for a total of 0.5 unit, not to be counted toward the major or minor. Prerequisite: FREN 111 . Fall
