Continuation of GERM 225. The course is designed to enhance the students’ ability to understand German (listening and reading skills) and to express themselves in German (speaking and writing skills). Translation and interpretation skills will also be addressed. The course focuses on advanced German grammar, its practical applications, and the use of idiomatic expressions. Gradually more complex short stories will introduce the students to German literature. Prerequisite: GERM 225 or equivalent.
