A course on the process of writing and revising non-fiction essays, concentrating primarily on improving organizational skills, developing style, and accommodating readers. Students will write different kinds of non-fiction essays and will read and analyze essays by professional writers. Fall and Spring. Gen Ed Competency: Think Aesthetically
