ECON 355 Econometrics
The study of modern economic analysis and program evaluation with a focus on appropriate estimation technique selection, causal inference, and the forecasting of future values. Through abundant in-class exercises and a term-long research project, students will learn how to implement casual research methods in Microsoft Excel and in R. Required for the Quantitative Economics major and satisfies an elective requirement for majors in Economics, Management Economics, and Finance.
