EDUC 346 Middle School Methods: Reading and Language Arts
Examination of how teachers can help middle school students learn and develop in their use of language, in their skills of inquiry, and in their ability to comprehend, interpret, and express ideas using a wide range of texts including print and non-print media. Special topics include literature instruction, language acquisition and structure; dialects, usage, and issues of communication; composition; and multiple ways of assessment.
