HHK 140 Introduction to Exercise Science
The goal of this course is to introduce students to different scientific rationales of integrated program design and apply these to their current level of fitness and reflect on these experiences. It is important for students who will soon be teaching and prescribing similar training regimens to have experienced the training theories and rationales. This course will set the foundation for understanding the human movement system.
