This intermediate-level course is designed to help students improve their conversational abilities in Spanish as well as their understanding of social realities in the Hispanic World. A variety of films from Latin America and Spain as well as selected readings will be the basis of class discussions and activities. Students will be expected to work collaboratively in a variety of settings.
