CHEM 100 1 Principles of General, Organic, and Biochemistry
This course is designed for non-science majors interested in various health professions. It covers principles in inorganic chemistry that is needed for understanding introductory organic and biochemistry concepts; these include dimensional analysis, atomic structure, bonding, chemical reactions, states of matter, solutions, chemical equilibrium, acids and bases, along with topics in organic and biological chemistry. The laboratory experiments are designed to illustrate and reinforce the topics covered in lecture.
