HHK 475 Concepts in Strength and Conditioning
This course will prepare students to enter the field of strength and conditioning. Students will synthesize prior learning in scientific foundations and applied strength and conditioning. Organization and administrative principles for the strength and conditioning professional will also be assessed. Students will be expected to sit for the Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) examination during this course.
