EDUC 348 - Middle School Methods: Social Studies

Examination of ways to integrate knowledge and methodology from the social sciences into the middle school curriculum. Using various print and non-print resources, students will develop strategies to engage middle school students in social studies content, keeping in mind the diverse needs of middle school students. EDUC 349 taken concurrently. Prerequisite: EDUC 251 and admission to the teacher education program. Fall
