HIST 366 - Contemporary Spanish History (Salamanca program) The major themes and problems of twentieth century Spanish history will be presented in the context of Spanish traditions. Seven classes devoted to a survey of Spanish history with the remaining classes devoted to the Spanish Republic (1931-39), the Franco era (1939-75), and the post-Franco era (1975 to the present). This course, offered exclusively at OWU’s Salamanca, Spain Program, is accepted in the major and minor as a European history course. Students studying at Salamanca are encouraged to take HIST 111 or HIST 112 prior to their departure. Also listed as SPAN 378 . (Group I)
