HHK 140 - Introduction to Exercise Science (0.5 unit)
The goal of this course is to introduce students to different scientific rationales of intergrated program design to their current level of fitness and reflect on these experiences. It is important for students who will soon be teaching and prescribing similar teaching regimens to have experienced the training theories and rationales.
