An intermediate-level course providing the ideas and tools needed for students to study advanced physics. Topics include quantum physics, relativity, and Fourier analysis, as well as a selection of additional topics of interest in contemporary physics. Prerequisite: Grade of C or higher in PHYS 111 or permission of instructor.
