This course examines nutritional demands across critical periods throughout the life cycle. Nutritional needs during infancy, childhood, adolescence, adulthood, pregnancy and in aging are included. Current research is utilized to understand dietary changes during these periods, with consideration of physiological, psychological and socio-economic factors.
