From Okinawa, Japan, home to the oldest and healthiest people on earth, Karate has a deep cultural history developed over centuries; it is one of the oldest and most effective self-defense systems ever created. You do not need to have prior experience to take this course – beginners are welcome! Our internationally certified instructors teach the complete Okinawan Karate system in a safe, positive environment. Skills include kicking, striking, blocking, footwork, traditional weapons, defending, and escaping. Training is always a great workout as well as a stress reducer.
