BUS 251 Experience Design
From attending a Taylor Swift concert or an NFL football game, to visiting your favorite coffee shop or Disney World, to tracking the money you spent on all these things with your bank’s app, experience design is everywhere. This class explores how organizations shape the experiences people have with them—and how those experiences influence emotions, relationships, and long-term loyalty. Drawing on ideas from marketing, design, psychology, and storytelling, the course examines why some experiences feel intuitive, meaningful, and memorable while others fall flat.
