HHK minors in coaching or exercise science must be certified in First Aid and Adult and Pediatric CPR through an approved organization before they complete HHK 360 , and students must maintain certification in Adult and Pediatric CPR and First Aid through graduation.

The HHK coaching minor may not be combined with any HHK majors (General, Exercise Science, or Health Promotion), though it may be combined with the Nutrition major.
